I’ll meet you where you’re at in your journey of grief and we’ll move at a pace that feels right to you. I won’t ever make you talk about something you aren’t ready to talk about and I won’t ever pressure you to discuss the intimate parts of suicide if you do not want to. It’s likely that you may be left with unanswered questions about your loved one’s suicide and I’ll be there to help you in finding radical acceptance in that uncomfortable reality.
In addition to talk therapy, I also incorporate approaches like
brainspotting that offer alternative paths to healing and rewiring the brain. This approach can be really helpful in addressing trauma, such as suicide loss.
Wherever you’re at on your journey - I’ll be here to help you navigate the complexities of grief and suicide, while also helping to equip you with coping strategies and connection to community. Together we’ll honor your loved one’s memory and help you and others to find meaningful ways to remember them for who they were and the story of their life, and not just for the way that they died.
You don't have to grieve alone.
